About Shofar Farms Pizza....
Just wanted to share some of our background in the pizza business with our loyal customers! Our names are Glen and Dawn, and we started an independent brick oven pizza restaurant in Idaho in 2010. Having met and married in New York, we were craving a good pizza out west! We learned how to make pizza the traditional Italian way: wood fired. Glen gained experience with the brick oven, how to hand stretch dough, and learning what customers want most from their pizza. We bring this experience to beautiful Downeast Maine to provide a quality product for our local neighbors and friends. The pizza wagon is an outreach of our farm (Shofarfarms) where we hope to provide the community with fresh eggs, vegetables, berries, and lamb.
We also operate a Yurt Campground in Perry.
