Our family owned and operated a brick-and-mortar pizzeria restaurant in Idaho. We met and married in New York where pizza is, well, you know: essential! Now we are taking wood fired pizza mobile so we can come to you! As entrepreneurs we hope to be an asset to the community. Let us know how we can serve you!

All of the wood for the brick oven is hand harvested sustainably here in Maine! Forest management is essential to healthy forest growth.
Enjoy a feast for your whole party at our custom built mobile pizzeria. Our oven was handmade in the Italian brick oven design on our full kitchen service trailer, which features an old world, rustic theme. We use fresh local ingredients when in season! Having a birthday party, graduation party, wedding, or family reunion? Take all the stress of meal preparation off yourself and allow your guests to order exactly what they want!
We offer individual pizzas (so no one has to share!) Choose from traditional toppings or our favorite, the Magherita Pizza! Features fresh mozzerella, basil, and tomato sauce in the colors of the Italian flag!

Shofar Farms sells their pizzas from a food truck which is parked in various locations in the Eastport, Maine area on a regular schedule. You come to the window, tell them what size and toppings you want, then wait in your car while they bake your pizza. I appreciate knowing that all the ingredients are fresh and that it's being made exactly the way I want it.
