Reserve the Brick Oven for Your Event!
Enjoy a feast for your whole party at our custom built mobile pizzeria. Our oven was handmade in the Italian brick oven design on our full kitchen service trailer, which features an old world, rustic theme. We use fresh local ingredients when in season! Having a birthday party, graduation party, wedding, or family reunion? Take all the stress of meal preparation off yourself and allow your guests to order exactly what they want! Ask us about fundraisers too.
Some History...
Our family started in New York, where good pizza is practically essential. We developed an appreciation for quality ingredients and authenticity in cooking. When we moved across the country to Idaho we brought that pizza passion with us. We opened a brick and mortar pizza joint. During our time out west we also developed a love for country living and homesteading... but we missed the coast! When we moved to Maine we combined our love for good pizza and good, organic living to create Shofar Farms! We made a kitchen, complete with a brick oven, fit into what was once a sheep trailer! We hope you are as blessed by our product as we have been!

"Shofar Farms sells their pizzas from a food truck which is parked in various locations in the Eastport, Maine area on a regular schedule. You come to the window, tell them what size and toppings you want, then wait in your car while they bake your pizza. I appreciate knowing that all the ingredients are fresh and that it's being made exactly the way I want it."
